Abstract
The purposes of this research were 1) to study the factors
effecting the instructors’ working potential development in private
universities; 2) to examine the theoretical model of these factors with the
empirical data; 3) to construct the administrative model to develop the
potentialities in working of the instructors in private universities and 4) to
evaluate the model in terms of appropriateness, possibility, and usefulness.
Five hundred and eight instructors were randomly selected as the sample. The
research instruments were questionnaires and the evaluation forms of the
appropriateness, possibility and usefulness of the model. Percentage, mean,
standard deviation, multiple regression analysis: MRA and path analysis via
LISREL Model were used for data analysis. The findings found that 1) the factors
significantly effecting the instructors’ potential development in working were
functional factors, management factors and motivation factors. 2) Three groups
of factors with seven variables were policy, working environment, budget,
knowledge and understanding in work, career security, process and morale in
work altogether could explain the instructors’ potential development in working
at 60.7 percent, and was confirmed from the empirical data. And 3) the model
evaluated by the academic experts in terms of the appropriateness and the
possibility was found at the highest level. The model evaluated by the
instructors was found at a high level in terms of the possibility, and highest
level in terms of usefulness
🔎Research Objectives
Analyze the factors affecting the work potential of private university instructors.
Examine the consistency of these factors with empirical data.
Develop a model for enhancing instructors' potential.
Evaluate the appropriateness and usefulness of the model.

Conceptual Framework
This research analyzes factors affecting instructors' potential, categorized into three main aspects: (1) work-related factors, (2) management factors, and (3) motivational factors. These comprise seven sub-variables linked to the effectiveness of instructors' performance.
📈📐Research Methodology
Stages
Analyze the factors influencing instructors' potential.
Develop a model for enhancing instructors' potential.
Test and evaluate the model.
Sampling Design
Population: Private university instructors nationwide (11,542 individuals).
Sample: 508 instructors selected through simple random sampling.
Instruments Design
Questionnaire on factors affecting instructors' potential.
Evaluation form for assessing the model's appropriateness and possibility.
Statistics Used
Percentage, mean, and standard deviation.
Multiple Regression Analysis (MRA).
Path Analysis using LISREL.
🔆🔑Results
Key factors influencing instructors' potential include work-related, management, and motivational factors, with seven variables explaining 60.7% of the total variance.
Path analysis confirms the theoretical model aligns with empirical data.
Evaluation results indicate the model is highly appropriate and possible.
